Kenyan Orthodox Green Tea

Half pint, glass jar. Can be steeped more than once.  This green tea is picked to order in the highest growing region of Mt. Kenya – which is great, because higher altitude teas are packed full of rich concentrated flavor.  Due to its high concentration of antioxidants, it has become well-known for its many health benefits – ranging from weight loss to reducing bad cholesterol. Some studies also suggest that it may even help prevent: heart disease, strokes and even cancer. We generally steep our green tea for 2 minutes in 175-185 degree water for the first steep. You may steep it for 3-4 minutes for the next few steep cycles.
