Costa Rican Casara Tea (ie:coffee cherry tea)

Half pint, glass jar. Dried coffee cherries. 

The best part about coffee cherry tea is that each coffee cherry is said to contain twice as many antioxidants as a cranberry – in addition they contain a decent amount of caffeine (every part of the coffee plant does). Some people even prefer to eat the coffee cherries instead of steep them.

We generally brew our Cascara tea in a French-press -- the temperature and time do not matter as much as they do with our other teas; however we generally steep our tea for 5 minutes in 185-195 degree water.
